The Soochipara falls in the hilly Wayanad disrict of Kerela are one of the most sought after attractions in the region. Also known as the Sentinel fall, the three tiered waterfall plunges from a cliff face into a series of pools. Soochipara in Malayalam literally means Needle rock.
Nohkalikai Fall, Cherrapunjee, India. Cherrapunjee is India's northeastern state of meghalaya and is notable as the place receives the higest rainfall in the country. This is also the higest waterfall in India. It plunges 335metres(1100feets).
